Security of Credit Card Payment Options

 

The PicMagic website uses both the latest secure server (SSL) technology and the latest secure shopping system which ensures that all relevant information regarding credit card details are safely encrypted and processed only by Navigator Creative Services, the parent company of PicMagic.

Payment Schedules

Upon despatch of your order PicMagic will request payment of the final confirmed order value against your nominated card. All debits will appear as PicMagic on any card or bank statements.

 

Unauthorised use of Credit Cards

We have a strict policy of investigating all attempts at ordering from our website by unauthorised persons using stolen credit card numbers. All suspicious orders will be investigated by sophisticated means and if necessary the information will be passed to the relevant government agencies in both this country and the countries involved. We reserve the right to double check all orders and restrict shipping as and when we choose.

 

Cancellation

In the case of montage, photoart and canvasart orders, 50% of the final order value will be refunded should you wish to cancel your order at any time before you have approved your proof. We reserve the right to retain the remaining amount in payment for art studio and administration costs. No refunds can be made after proof approval. Should the images that you submit at the time of ordering be unsuitable, you will be advised immediately and the order will be cancelled without charge.

 

Currency and local taxes

All prices are displayed in GBP (Great Britain Pound). Overseas orders will be charged at the local currency, using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of ordering. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country- you should contact your local customs office for further information

 

Orders

We will only process orders where full authorisation of payment has been obtained. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.

Descriptions

All product descriptions are given in good faith.

 

Proofing

Please note that your approval of the proof prior to print and production is binding, and PicMagic  cannot refund or replace goods for artwork or subjective reasons once your approval has been received.

 

Damaged Goods

All goods are carefully packaged before despatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery please contact us immediately; any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address.

 

Return Procedures of unsatisfactory goods

In the highly unlikely event of complaint upon receipt of your print, please direct any comments via email to orders@picmagic.co.uk, or via post to Returns Desk, PicMagic, PO Box 237, Crowborough, East Sussex TN6 9BH. This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.

Refunds

Any refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge (cheque/ /credit/debit card).

Delivery Times

It is our policy to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. In most cases we are able to provide a proof of your print for approval within 7 working days of your order confirmation. The production and framing of the print normally take a further 10 working days from proof approval being received by PicMagic. The cost of delivery also includes the cost of packing.

Application of VAT

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) or local taxes. Orders sent to countries outside the EU are tax free. Please note that on International shipments the recipient is responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions, your order and payment and the delivery of the goods and services you order, form the basis of a contract under the law of England and Wales between you the customer and Navigator Creative Services. Your statutory rights under the law of England and Wales are not affected by these terms and conditions.
